Danishka is mentoring a rep 'Seth' from Henrik's country/region.
Danishka request Henrik to run the mentoring process by locally monitoring
his work.
As Henrik know whats happening in his country, he can easily approve
swag/etc requests (of Seth) during the orientation period.
But there are several reps under both Danishka and Henrik, those mentored
by personally.

+1 to reshuffling… I know we just had a large reshuffle, however minor ones here and there would ease up, and reduce the need for regular large scale reshuffles.
