Regional meetings

Hi,

Since the LATAM meetings are in Spanish, I told Gloria I see no point of
doing them via IRC. It's 10 times slower than audio and we are already
used to audio meetings in the Spanish community.

We can produce the same meetings notes no matter which communication
channel is used. The important thing here is to have notes and a raw log
right?

What are the reasons for text-based meetings?

For audio meetings we can also provide a recorded audio of all the meeting together with the text-log

Requirements: * Use Mumble http://mumble.sourceforge.net/ (Open Source and avaliable for Mac/Linux/Windows)
* Have a microphone
* Text-Chat is also avaliable

I think the problem here are logs. Having the logs in english (I have to
translate them using google translator) allows to other mentor and /or
council member to review them
