Hello Mozillians!

I've finished up the general set of web services that we'll need to build to enable the Phonebook as a platform. Here's what they are:

* Mozillian Passport: Mozillians can opt-out to allow community sites to authorize and auto-populate their Mozilla Connect information and contributor level to that individual account.

* Profile Sharing: Mozillians can opt-in to allow community sites and Mozilla community members to allow for contributor information to be shown to those who the user has allowed to be seen to.

* Mozillian Resume: Users can opt-in to allow Mozilla Connect to show contributions made across groups attached to the Mozillians' profile.

There's more information in the wiki page (including use cases) [1]. But that's the general list of requirements. Feel free to mention if this e-mail's too sparse with context and I'll update with more info. Otherwise, what do you all think?

Presumably "community sites" is a curated whitelist, managed by the
Phonebook admins?

This sentence doesn't parse... can you clarify? :-)

'Groups' as in tags, like "qa" etc.? So it shows all the QA team
contributions if you have the "qa" tag? Or do you mean "contributions
made by me personally in other systems, e.g. hg and Bugzilla"?
