Mozillians,
Here comes the December, and by Mozilla tradition - there should be no
shaving in december <http://noshavingindecember.org/>.
So, join the movement (!), grow some beard & show it off.
Ritual is - on 0th day (i.e. today) you got to take a a clean-shaven
mug-shot (!!!) & post it, and wait for 31st December without touching a
razor, ever - this entire month.

And of course it's time for my ineffective suggestion that those of
you with significant others practice NSID in January (NSIDo) where
there are no holidays or family events to look presentable for.
In the mean time, finding a facial good scrub and moisturizer (there
are men's lines for these, Jack Black even has one) will get you
through the first few weeks without as much (none?) irritation and
itching.
