There are a few files I was looking at using some code from that are part of the fakeserver code (the unit tests) in mailnews. Unfortunately not all of them have a license header. A few years ago, we made the five-year effort to relicense the Mozilla codebase under the current tri-license so that our code could be used in more contexts and circumstances, without losing copyleft.
