JOB DESCRIPTION:
We don't use the Internet like we did in 1995. The web is no longer
about Pets.com and your home page. Today, it's increasingly about
collaborating, sharing and socializing. It's about photo sharing and
blogging. And yet, the web browser experience remains virtually
unchanged since Netscape 1.0.
What if a web browser could understand your interests and social network
to offer a personalized browsing experience? By joining our team of
Netscape alumni and Firefox contributors, you'll take a pivotal role in
transforming the conventional web browser into a two- way social

As a Software Engineer at Flock, you will be an integral member of our
core development team helping to implement key features in our flagship
product.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* BA/BS and 1-3 years client-side development experience (or blow us
away with your demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills)
* 3+ years experience with C++ or another object-oriented language.
* Experience programming on the Mozilla platform, including JavaScript,
XUL, XPCOM is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with open source development, and an eagerness to
collaborate in a fast paced global community of developers, testers and
enthusiasts.
* Strong analytical and verbal communication skills.
