Participating in Mozilla activities might not be considered "work" by
everyone in the community. It might, for example, be a hobby. I think phrasing it as "work-related" is contradictory to Mozilla's aspirations to portray itself as a community larger than the people who work for the Foundation or one of its (sub-?)subsidiaries. I suggest using "Mozilla-related" instead.
