Updating the Roles and Responsibilities content on www.mozilla.org

As part of the effort to update the content on www.mozilla.org, I
wanted to start a discussion here about how to deal with the Roles and
Responsibilities pages at

http://www.mozilla.org/about/roles.html

Much of this content is out of date, so our goal should be to edit the
pages so they reflect the current reality in the community. From
earlier discussions on this list though, much of the policy around
responsibilities seems to be in flux, so we might not be in a place
where we can simply write down how things are working today.

Is there anyone here who is interested in helping to review and update
(or remove part of) the content on these pages? fantasai and I have
been going through the rest of the About section content, but we're
not sure how to go about dealing with these pages.

I think we need to sort out what we're doing around the staff@ and
drivers@ roles, and how we fill those gaps, before we can write up any
sort of new doc. There's been some batting around of ideas of late,
so this doesn't seem like something that will drag out much longer.
Would probably just stick a "this is all in flux, TBD" in the
meantime...
