(Re)Naming "Non-code modules."

We're on the verge of officially creating "modules" within the module
ownership system for things other than management of code. We'll be
starting with a Governance module and Module Ownership module (see
previous threads) and we'll slowly start creating more (details on that
to follow shortly). I'd like to call these modules something other
than "non-coding." "Non-" sounds a lot like "non-existence" to me :-)
My suggestion is that we call these Activities modules. If you've got
a better idea, or some great concern about this please let me know.

Great. I think it's a bit broad and could cover everything, including
the code modules. but i don't have a better idea now so will plan to
start with activities and change it later if we need to.
