Redirecting /hacking to MDC Developer Guide

I have gone through all the content linked to from mozilla.org/hacking/.
There are one or two documents which were not linked to from MDC[0], so
I have added links to them. We are now in a position to redirect
http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/
to
https://developer.mozilla.org/En/Developer_Guide
Unless anyone objects, I will arrange for this in the next few days.

I never thought it would feel so great to retire some of these old
pages! It was such a battle years ago even to update / hacking to have
the content it does now. What a relief that we have gained some
flexibility in both our infrastructure and our mindset!
