Additional Software Required
To access our chart services from a Windows version of Firefox or
Netscape browser, it is necessary to install two software components in
the order noted below.
Step 1: Install Chart Software
Click here to download our charting software (additional directions are
available from this link). Once downloaded, run the installation setup.
This will create a "DGOControls" item in your list of installed programs.
Step 2: Install Asgard Plug-in
Designed to work with Netscape versions 6.1 - 7.1, this plug-in may work
with other Mozilla-based browsers such as Firefox 1.0 – 2.x when used
with a Windows-based computer. This plug-in does not work with Firefox
version 3.0.
Additionally, this plug-in will not work with other browsers such as
Opera and Safari.
Please follow the instructions below.
Asgard Plugin
Note: After installing the Asgard plug-in, the browser window must be
closed and reopened to complete the process.
Installation Help:
* Review the browser’s security settings ("Options" item on
browser’s Tools menu). In many cases, entering "www.investors.com" and
"www.dailygraphs.com" on the exceptions lists will allow you to keep
existing settings and access all services associated with your subscription.
* In some cases, it may be necessary to temporarily disable the
firewall before installing the software. Once the plug-in is installed,
the firewall should be restarted.
