Dear Sir/Madam,
I write in dissapointment of the version 4 Firefox that I have
installed. (apologies for the repost - I omitted my e-mail address)

It may be a forward step in terms of browsing technology but in the UI,
I am afraid that it has now become burdensome to use.
The moving of many options and settings in to the "Firefox" pull-down at
the top left, has left me with increasing frustration, particularly with
the book marks and re-opening recently closed tabs.
Another tiresome feature is that the reload button is now much smaller
and has a non-descript colour. It is a button that I use quite
frequently on some pages, particularly forums which I frequent a lot.
This change is becoming very irksome as I have to concentrate more to
find it and it is harder to, "hit."
I don't use Chrome for a reason, its minimal UI is lousy. Now that
Firefox has followed Google's design, I am going to have to move from
Firefox ... even Konqueror is easier to use than Firefox 4.
I use a DSLR for a reason; all the controls are within reach of a finger
and I can adjust them without having to take my eye from the viewfinder.
I know what they are, where they are and what they do. All these modern
compacts with touch screens and all the rest of it, may look very fancy
and minimalistic, but they slow up the process of actually responding to
the subject and taking a picture.
Kindly do something about this minimalistic mess. It is really a very
backward step and doesn't suit a web browser. I don't really want to
have to spend my time faffing around trying to organise a tool bar when
a perfectly formed one came with the default install.

Hi Michelle,
Glad you included your email address this time. It is very frustrating to have an
answer that would not be seen. The proper place to ask questions is in
the mozilla.support.firefox newsgroup.
Back/Forward button, to see drop-down use right-click, or hold left-click for 1 sec.

I would also recommend using a 5-button mouse so you can use back/forward
directly from the mouse without any other mouse movement just by looking
to see if there is anything back/forward by the back/forward arrows indicators.
If you had a Personal "Bookmarks Toolbar" that should have come through, but
use View("Alt+V") -> Toolbars -> Bookmarks Toolbar to make visible.
I actually remove the STOP ("Esc") button and RELOAD ("F5") button, as I prefer
to use keyboard shortcuts for those. Also Ctrl+F5 to bypass cache.

Basically you can have all of your toolbars with not much more space than
the Mozilla's and Google's concept of minimal toolbars. See picture link

I have some adjustments to my styles for Fx4, I'll have to see if they will
work in Fx3, Fx5, and Fx6 okay as well before deciding what to change
of my styles. Also my urlbar font is actually larger despite toolbars being
smaller.
F11 full screen can be enhanced by "Auto Hide" to always show tabs bar
or with a style or userChrome.css
Shift+F11 Full window needs "Auto Hide" extension
You can make Firefox 4.0 look like Firefox 3.6.16, see
