Odds are it's just in the moderation queue. We don't aggressively
filter criticism.

Thanks guys - I believe moderation is both necessary and beneficial if you consider that you are guaranteed that your comment is reviewed by at least one person who matters/is empowered :-)

Just to be clear, when I moderate I will delete stuff that's obvious
trolling or totally useless or obscene. But your comments aren't even
close to that. Thanks for contacting us. :)
