Draft Mozilla Education contacts page

I've put a draft page on the wiki listing various people who have been
involved in Mozilla Education activities or who have otherwise expressed
interest. Please make corrections and additions as appropriate.

My goal for this page is to keep track of all the people who have had
some involvement with Mozilla Education, along with notes about the
nature of their involvement, so that we can keep track of who's doing
what. I think it's also useful to keep track of people we've talked to
in the past, because they may be interested in being involved in future
activities.
