Feedback on the TCP Socket API

Hi,
Referring to... yeah, exactly :-) I haven't found a wiki page for this
one. I guess, there is the bug

Or maybe I should use the idl file?

Just out of curiosity, Node.js defines an API for raw sockets [1], why
not mimicking this API? It's a JS API and it's used at least by Node.js
itself and Node developers.
