Feedback request: AMO category page redesign

I've been working on a redesign of the AMO category pages with Nick
and could use a sanity check on the current design, and more
specifically on the AMO category navigational widget.

A few things to note:
- This design shows just the content area - the header and footer
(which are being redesigned by an external studio) are not shown.
- I expect the footer will be more of a über-footer with a full list
of categories as well as other global navigation (cf. the mozilla.com
footer)
- There are three states included - normal, rollover state, and
clicked state
