There's something fishy going on here; this is a thunderbird test-only
change, shouldn't have any effect, and it's so far shown up as:

SVG win
TP4 memset win
TP4 loss
TP4 private bytes win

wth?

I'm going to go out on a limb and claim this is because of bug 466931.
We do builds for changes on release branches, and these then get
intermingled with the default branch results.

Does this explain the effects we see on the graphs? It's not clear to
me that the patch would only affect tests.

Well that depends. Does it build off of the release branch, or does it
just build tip? If it's building from the release branch, then maybe,
but if it is building tip, I wouldn't expect a change.

It builds the release branch...it just updates to the revision that hg
push log gives it, and doesn't care (or know) which branch it's on.
