mochites-other will go orange until you merge from mozilla-central

Hi!
An ipc plugins re-org just landed [1][2] that will make your project
repo to go orange for the mochitest-ipcplugins suite (which is within
mochitest-other).

mochitest-other).
Until you merge from mozilla-central you will see mochitest-ipcplugins
going orange [3].
We will also be landing a patch on mozilla-aurora and mozilla-2.0 to
avoid the orange.

[3] You will see mochitest-ipcplugins have a "T-FAIL" error on tbpl.
If you open the log you will see this:
"runtests.py: error: no such option: --ipcplugins"

Note that this will not actually go orange until the buildbot change > Hi!

lands, although we're hoping to do that relatively soon.
