missing ids for overlays - abAddressBookNameDialog.xul

I try to add some new functionality to addressbook, but there are many
controls/dialogs without IDs -- this is purpose ?

( There is no chance to add overlay to second dialog. )

The original developers only tend to put IDs where they need them. As an
extension author, you have at least two options: either use DOM methods
to dynamically create or rearrange elements, or file an enhancement
request in Bugzilla to have extra IDs added.
