Disable file browsing

Hello,

is there any way, how to disable file browsing via open/save file
dialog? I don't want to allow uploading and saving files to local
disc. I tried to comment inner code in filepicker.xul but without
success (toolkit.jar). On Windows is fired default file dialog.

I'm using xulrunner 1.9.1 and Windows Vista/Ubuntu 9.04.
