XBL event for CSS property change

Hi,

Is there any way in XBL to fire an event when a CSS property has
changed, either through element.style or element.className?

No. Why do you need that, exactly?

Let's say that I want to filter out some CSS values.
Then such an event will be useful.

Perhaps (though I'm not sure what you mean by "filter" in the "the set
of rules matching this element randomly changed" case), but I don't see
how it's related to XBL...
