brian probably knows this already, but as ocsp is so relevant to our
performance I wanted to share it.
globalsign makes an effort on their ocsp infrastructure:

metrics on ocsp responder times:

cloudflare will also be doing server side ocsp stapling for all their
customers and the offer spdy as well.
