Thunderbird 3 web content changes security review

We're having a security review call tomorrow afternoon starting at 2:30
Pacific time to discuss issues related to various policy changes
mostly related to web and message content that have happened over the
Tb3 cycle.

We'll be using the dialin info at
<https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird/StatusMeeting/DialInInfo> for the
meeting. Note that it DEFAULTS to MUTE, so you must use *1 to unmute
yourself before speaking.
