Software Update Testing | QMO - quality.mozilla.org
|
| |
I'm sending the past two e-mails to the dev-quality mailing list. This is definitely something that the community would probably like to comment on since they're mostly the ones that will be reading this document :). As for my 2 cents, docs are meant as a way to provide information on general items of the mozQA community's actions that are done on a regular basis. It might be nice to do these sort of things, but I'd be much happier with an easy to read doc that can be vouched for and answered by any and all mozQA Community Leads.... more »

Improving the Bugzilla Triage Process for Extensions
|
| |
...Moving the bugs to a separate component and putting the addon name in the summary is sensible. I don't think developers aren't going to be any more likely to search bugzilla on a regular basis though, even if under this proposal they would be able to. So I don't think it will solve the underlying problem unfortunately.... more »

Triage for Extension Issues
|
| |
Hi Quality People, Currently when we find a bug that is in an extension we mark it as 'invalid'. I think that is the right approach w.r.t. bugzilla, but it has the negative problem that this issue is now essentially untrackable in bugzilla. It would be far more useful to move these bugs into a... more »

DoS Issue With Phoenix.edu ???
|
| |
I ran into a rather odd problem over the weekend: My wife attends phoenix.edu & when attempting to log into class with Firefox, the browser appeared to hang, with the words "Updating Site Cookie" in the title of the page. At that point the CPU load from Firefox went up to ~90% and the page status in the bottom left would... more »

So say if revision 1 has a bug in it and revision 2 has the bug resolved. I would like to record the changes in the performance output. Can anyone guide me as to where I can get... more »

Reminder, Firefox Bugday June 30th!
|

OK Triage Members, we will be focusing on June 30th on smashing all blocker, Critical and Major UNCO bugs in the Firefox product, in preparation for Firefox 3.5.x. We will try to narrow down any important bugs that were missed, or were regressions from Firefox 3.5, and get them into a point update quickly.... more »

Triage Bugdays
|
| |
MozQA Members, As some of you know, Firefox bugdays have slacked off for the past several months. As part of an effort to revive them, we have scheduled two great bugdays for the next couple of weeks. The tentative dates are June 30th and July 7th. Please continue to check on QMO as we update these events with more information. I hope to have formal announcements... more »
