Hey All,

After my talk on Friday, I realized that we don't have a finite list of tasks that kids can complete within a week or two weeks time to get them started into the community. Right now, we force those who are interested to go through another hurdle, look for a project on QMO and then ask us again, to get started on even doing a task. I want to try to lessen the importance of that by creating this list.

With that said, I'd like everyone (even those who don't want help) to take 5 minutes out of their day to write down a task or set of tasks that someone coming into the community will be able to do. I've already added two snippets for Mobile and Community Involvement specifically, so I'd really like everyone to fill out these tasks ASAP, so I can relay it to the kids in Jack Aiello's classes.

It's 5 minutes of your time, that's it. Please make these easy to understand and no more than a few words (i.e. one sentence).

Thanks,
Aakash

For now, maybe five minutes is enough, but we should invest a little
more time than 5 minutes on this.

Not only should we come up with a list of discreet tasks people can do,
but with explicit instructions on how to do those tasks.

Aye, I completely agree Juan. Before we get to that though, I'm hoping people at least spend 5 minutes doing this first (before I have to start flogging some peeps).

Is the plan to tie this in with Moz Education? https://wiki.mozilla.org/Education

I would like that to happen, Aaron. Yet, we're in a very preliminary stage right now (just getting a list together). So, I'd like to broach something like this to the Education guys once we actually something finite to show.
