QMO is now 12.5% more Usable!

Ok, so that number is made up, but at least the bugs for QMO Discoverability Project that we, Paulc and I, wanted to get finished at the end of this month have been pushed to production on QMO.

First of all, A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Paulc for frantically getting the Get-Involved and Acct. Administration bugs done within the first week of being out of class! Thanks a lot, Paul. You definitely rock hardcore.

What you can notice about the changes to QMO:

- The account administration menus are now located on the top bar with hover down menus. As a consequence, the administration snippet that used to be located at the bottom left is now removed.

- QMO's frontpage doesn't have a blog, but has added a "Communicate" section below the "Get Involved" section. For those that want to read up on the happenings of the mozQA community can check out the Blog (linked on the left sidebar), our newsgroup or even ask on IRC via the mibbit chat client!

- Quick Actions replaced Quick Links with phrases that are a bit more readable to those that want to interact with the community as well as the website.

- Each project page on QMO has a project owner assigned to it with a link to an e-mail form to communicate that project owner.

- The Docs section now has been populated with a breadth of documents/tutorials about all the things we're doing in the mozQA community as well as how to interact/use those "things".

- The Who's Online and "Recent Forum Topics" snippets have been removed by default as the survey results collected by the mozQA community showed a lack of usage for them. For those that do enjoy using them, they can be enabled via your Edit Account pages.

We're not done yet as this project is going to be constantly moving forward, but this is one big step. A gigantic thank you to everyone involved!
