Just one comment about ownership of reftest:
Since I created the reftest format and harness there have been
occasional disputes about adding features to them. This is because
the format is intentionally somewhat constraining, because I believe
those constraints encourage writing tests that are more likely to be
(a) long lasting and (b) sharable with other browser vendors.
I've effectively acted as sole owner of the core parts of reftest
(layout/tools/reftest/reftest.js and README.txt) during that time
(in that I reviewed basically all changes to it that I didn't write
myself), though not a bunch of the other reftest-related code. I
plan to continue actively owning the core part of the harness (for
the reasons I mentioned) and would like to continue to at least be
consulted on all changes to it.
I don't know whether any of that needs to be reflected in the module
ownership page.
