launching the Firefox for Android Community Campaign Challenge

Hi everyone,

Sam Mott and I (Gen Kanai) from Engagement recently launched a new
community marketing campaign for Firefox for Android. I am copying
the launch email below for your reference.

This program is only one of many engagement programs we are working
on to promote Fennec. This is also the first time we will be funding
community marketing for Fennec in this manner. If you or your friends
are eager to help promote Firefox for Android, this is a great way
to get involved.

We would like to introduce the Firefox for Android Community Campaign
Challenge, which is a new program that will be funding Mozilla
community-developed marketing campaigns for the Firefox for Android
browser.

This is a new program that is intended to fund marketing campaigns to
promote Firefox for Android locally in your region, country or area.

If you have wanted to promote the Android Firefox locally, but have not
had the resources to do so, this is your chance.

The process is simple. Develop your campaign idea, propose a reasonable
budget, and consider how to measure the success of your campaign.

At this time, only registered Mozillians can participate in this
program. And, of course, all proposals will be seriously considered!

The campaigns with the most interesting concept and the greatest chance
of success will be given funding, resources and project management
tools to support the campaign.

Sam Mott and Gen Kanai are ready to answer questions and help you with
your application. We will also be hosting regional video conferences
to introduce this new program and answer any questions that you may have.

We have a killer product with the Firefox for Android browser, but we
need to get the word out about it. Let's all work to come up with great
ideas to market the Android Firefox in your local market.
