shipping a new "multi-lingual" version of Firefox and Thunderbird?

(Sorry for the widespread cross-posting, but a few people asked me to
post in different groups. If I've missed another group that I should
also post in, please let me know.)

Could people have a look at my recent blog post:

Basically, its about producing an additional repack, which contains all
the locales, so a user could switch locales in the same instance. In the
blog, I talk about Firefox and Thunderbird users, because thats what I
was dealing with last week, but I wonder if this would apply equally
well to xulrunner?
