Running
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:5.0) Gecko/20110526 Thunderbird/3.3a4pre

every now and then I can't position the cursor from an opened pulldown
menu to it's menuitems. With the menu open, moving the cursor over to
the menulist the pulldown menu is closed immediately.
To get the normal mode back I have to restart TB.
(Not sure if there is a error msg .. sorry didn't checked for that, hmm).

A known bug?

I occasionally see this (or something like it) too, on Linux. In my
experience, it affects Firefox and Thunderbird, for both menus, context
menus, and the location bar auto-suggestion menu (in Firefox).

>From my experience, you can fix it by just switching focus to another
application (or to the desktop) and then back to Firefox/Thunderbird.

I haven't filed a bug on it since I don't have steps to reproduce &
don't hit it super-frequently. Has anyone else hit this and/or
filed/found a bug on it?

~Daniel
