Hi,

I am not able to find the xpidl.exe in the latest Gecko SDK 9.0 beta.
Has this removed on purpose?
I need xpidl to generate header and typelib.

regards,
Neeraj

We no longer use the binary XPIDL compiler:

Thanks for the quick reply.

Is there is any documentation, which state how to use xpidl.py to
generate header and tyelib?

Regards,
Neeraj

I documented this just this morning in fact:

I want to run the header.py and typelib.py scripts that are part of Gecko 15.0.1. I am following these directions:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/XPIDL/pyxpidl
I've never used Python before, so which version of Python should I install? Also, should I download it directly from python.org? If not, please share Mozilla's download link.
