Moving pageloader to talos

In Bug 725414, we are trying to move the pageloader component to talos
proper instead of having it live in a separate repository.
Currently there are 3 locations where pageloader lives:
* http://hg.mozilla.org/build/pageloader (used for all talos tests)
* http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/tools/pageloader/
* http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/layout/tools/pageloader/
The two locations in mozilla-central look out of date and I can't find
any references to other tools using them. One of our goals is to get
rid of duplicated source for pageloader and move pageloader into the
talos repository. It makes the most sense as it appears nothing else
uses it. Also this makes it more straightforward for running talos
locally and running mobile tests on tinderbox.
Does anybody have objections to removing the existing locations and
having one central source in the talos repository?

Next steps: removing hg.m.o/build/pageloader and removing the two
instances in m-c
