I'd like to see improvements to the way reviews are handled. EG,
suggesting appropriate reviewers (perhaps based on some combination of
the bug's component, files in the patch, and reviewer queue length).
Some concept of "next action" could also be useful here, I think Jesse
had posted some ideas about that not too long ago.
