I've updated the docs on MDC to refer to the release as 3.5 everywhere
I could find.  There are likely spots here and there I missed; if you
see one, feel free to tweak it.

I've left the tags as "Firefox 3.1" for now -- Mindtouch is making me
a tool to fix those automatically.  Woohoo!
