There's an old list at http://www.mozpad.org/doku.php?id=api_analysis
but I believe that includes JS usage as well.  At least, the list of
projects may be useful to as a starting point to find people who are
receptive.

That might be skewed towards certain projects, though. nsISchema is the
third used interface; nsIEventQueue sits at #8 with 430; somebody
probably forked textbox bindings (nsISSM).

Unfortunately, I don't think treehydra etc. would be that useful, since
not all code compiles with GCC.
