tl-dr; there are some more or less weird hacks to do to make the l10n
dashboard kinda work for the upcoming beta cycle, due to [1].
l10n dashboard admin jargon coming up. Figured this is as good a place
to publish this as any. Everyone but the admins can safely stop reading
here, unless you're curious.
https://gist.github.com/976432 has the steps that someone with access to
the l10n dashboard db needs to run in case a truck runs into my 2nd
floor flat.
After that, we want to transplant the signoffs from aurora for desktop
and mobile, which also requires db access. You'll want to disable the
command error in
https://github.com/mozilla/elmo/blob/master/shipping/management/commands/transplant_signoffs.py#L57.
Please keep track of the IDs of the old and new sign-offs, that'll make
it easier to stitch them back together.
