Please read the release notes before downloading for more information
about this release including known issues:

Testers can download Thunderbird 3 Release Candidate 2 builds for
Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux in 49 different languages.

Developers should also read the Thunderbird 3 for Developers article on
the Mozilla Developer Center:

Is there a particular reason why there is no link to the release candidate
as an "experimental release" (like Firefox does) from the page which Google
returns most of the time when searching for TB?
That is: http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/
I know the front page of MozMess has news items etc about it, but it seems
like there should be a link off the product page too.
