We missed a fix due to an innocent clerical error in the build
process, and will now be including it. No big deal.

Oh, sorry. Indeed, more detail! It was a Windows-only omission, and
happened at the point where we packaged and signed builds, so as long
as you're building off the FIREFOX_2_0_0_19_RELEASE,
FIREFOX_2_0_0_19_BUILD2 tags, you should be fine.
