CVS trunk -> mozilla-central merge

Given all the fixes we've now landed on the CVS trunk in anticipation
of RC2/3.0.1, I think we should do another merge from CVS trunk to
mozilla-central to make sure they all end up in Hg. Thoughts?

Seems reasonable. That work is being tracked in bug#433426, maybe best
to ask there?

Agreed. The previous plan was based on the assumption that
mozilla-central would open in a day or two, well before we took
anything else on CVS.

We should probably continue doing merges from cvs to mozilla-central
until mozilla-central is ready to open.
