Mozilla Scheduled Downtime - 2008/12/12 - 6am->8am PST

Another maintenance downtime tomorrow morning. During this time period,
we're planning to push the following fixes:

* kill the platform-specific variants of mochitest steps (b456281)
* fail gracefully when comparing leak/bloat logs (b465505)
* l10n self-cleanup fixes (b467721)
* use different mozconfigs for different repos (b468479)

As always, we'll keep people apprised of progress in #developers, and
will report back here when we're done.

And in case anyone in other parts of the world is interested, Mozilla is
on timezone -0800 in winter, so this means 2 to 4 PM on Friday 12,
Greenwich time.
