Mozilla Scheduled Downtime - 2008/12/18 - 6am -> 8am PST

We will have a scheduled maintenance window on Thursday morning from 6am
to 8am PST. We're planning on making the following changes:

* consolidation of buildbot unittest master into main buildbot master
* fix for linux unit test environment
* some l10n and a11y changes
These changes will affect the mozilla-central, mozilla-1.9.1 and
tracemonkey branches. We're not anticipating any interruption of builds
or tests to these branches, but just in case, we'll be keeping a close
watch on the trees during this time.
As always, we'll keep people informed of our progress in #developers.
