Decommissioning sparky on Friday

It looks like sparky was a Linux performance test machine for the 1.8
branch.

Linux perf test data is now provided by bl-bldlnx01 (via builds from
prometheus-vm, the Linux 1.8 branch nightly build tinderbox.

Since sparky is a desktop class machine, sitting in the office, I'd like
to turn it off permanently.

Is there any reason not to do so? Please let me know by Friday, 20 October.
