This is not the official downtime notice (that is coming later) but
rather this is a "head's up" that HG will be completely offline
Thursday 2012/04/12 from 1000 - 1400 PST with the Trees being closed
an hour before.
Again, an official notice will follow, but due to the nature of HG and
how much it's a part of a dev's daily work, I wanted to give everyone
as much time to prepare as possible.
