Since we said we'd have another cycle collector meeting Friday, but
Damon hasn't sent out an announcement, I put together an agenda:

I'm not going to be able to be there since I'm on vacation friday. The
status of my patch is that it needs to be tested on an environment where
we saw performance problems when multiple tabs were open, i.e. linux.
Additionally there might be some review comments to address, but that
should be quick enough.
