[New] One-stop wiki page covering Release Process

Hey all,

We have recently compiled a one-stop wiki page[1] covering much of the information related to the Release process focusing on Firefox Desktop/Mobile. There is also a link to FAQ's[2] which outlines common questions Release Management has often encountered from many people overtime. Keeping in mind the intern season we feel this could be very helpful to them as well as any other new contributors, new joinee/recent hires or any Mozillian in general :)

Please email me or releas...@mozilla.com with any feedback you may have .We plan to continuously iterate on this resource ,so let us know if anything else needs to be added that may fit here. Feel free to multicast this to as many groups who may benefit.
