IT needs to perform some emergency maintenance tonight. We will be
closing all Firefox trees on Tuesday July 26th, 2011 at 6:00
PM PDT for one hour. The work item is:
* Bug 661420 - firmware upgrades to disk controllers to prevent hangs on
some RHEL systems
The affected systems provide storage for CVS and people.m.o (among other
things) and will need to be rebooted, so we will be closing trees to be
safe.
If you know of a reason why this tree closure should not occur at
the time above please let me know as soon as possible. We will
confirm that all releases are in good shape before commencing this
work. While we aim to minimize interruption, there is a possibility
that builds may be interrupted. We will attempt to re-trigger
failing builds as soon as possible.
