Rewriting the viewer JS part

Hi all,
the PDF.JS engeneering teem has a work week this week and we were talking about what to be done with the current viewer code.
We agreed, that the current code for the viewer is pritty hard to understand and doesn't serve some of the stuff that would be cool to have (like ability to embed, good API...). Therefore, it would be good to refactor/rewrite the viewer.
While looking at this, we thought that this might be something, that can be done by contributors. That's what I was mentioning in #1100 already.
Therefore, I'm asking if someone would be interested in doing this. If someone is, please raise your hand (well, I can't see that, so please leave a note on this issue [1] as well) and I'd like to setup a meeting (phone/skype) to talk about what the new viewer code could look like, what features it should have and what parts we should look out for. The idea is to do some mentoring and give help/guidance if needed.
