Hello,
I have some experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I'm interested in helping to maintain the Mozilla website, but I'm unsure on how to get started. I found a few bugs in the bug tracker (
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=OPEN+product%3Awww.mozilla.org
), that I think I could fix.

A good first step would be to get a copy of Bedrock, the platform behind
mozilla.org
, running locally.
There's a good "Webdev Bootcamp" guide on getting started with webdev
work at mozilla:
http://mozweb.readthedocs.org/en/latest/#
You can walk through the steps to get Bedrock running locally here:
https://bedrock.readthedocs.org/en/latest/
Join the #www room on
irc.mozilla.org
for help in setting up. Once
you've got this running locally, we can help you find a good starter bug.
Cheers,
Steven
