Localized Tabzilla on the CDN

Hi all,
The long wait is over!! L10n enabled Tabzilla is now available from our
CDN. All the juicy details can be found in the bedrock docs[0]. Please
head on over there and update your templates. This change should improve
asset load speed around the world, and (more importantly) cut out all
the annoying redirects that have plagued Tabzilla for months.
Big thanks to jakem for his excellent work on the mozorg CDN in general
and the Tabzilla configurations specifically that allow all the
redirects to work flawlessly.
If you do find issues, please report them to our BMO component[1].
