In preparation for tomorrows scheduled change window, we have decided to cancel the storage migration for hg.mozilla.org. The trees will remain open.
The preparation work revealed that 4 hours is not enough time to perform the actions necessary. We are confident that recent rebalancing and optimizations to the storage backend will allow us to operate as-is until a more accurate change-window can be arranged.
